Maggie Lyon is a Fort Worth, Texas born artist currently living and working in Austin, Texas. Studying studio art and painting at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, she graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Moving to Austin in 2021, Maggie has immersed herself in the local art scene by curating  galleries and exhibiting her artwork in various exhibitions. Maggie creates vibrant, colorful paintings inspired by her Texan roots and love for pop culture.

Maggie is a member of the largest women’s collective in Austin, atxGALS, and you can find her artwork at The Cathedral and Clover + Maven in Austin, TX.
